Keith Myrick, Vice President of Construction
Myrick, a graduate of Sam Houston State University brings over 18 years of national and local custom homebuilding experience to the Parkstone team. Myrick offers a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction management.


Daniel Lawrence, Vice President of Purchasing
Lawrence, a graduate of the University of Houston with over 15 years of experience in the building industry as a job site manager, an estimator, a purchasing manager as well as managing design and architectural departments, brings his well-rounded knowledge of homebuilding to Parkstone.


Desirae Thomas, CMP, MCSP, Vice President of Marketing
Thomas, a graduate of University of Houston, has been involved in the Houston homebuilding industry for almost a decade. Thomas has earned several professional designations for continuing education from the National Association of Homebuilders including Certified New Home Marketing Professional and Master Certified New Home Sales Professional. She was also named a finalist at the 2006 Texas Star Awards for Marketing Professional of the Year.


Michael Baldwin, Partner
Baldwin, a graduate of Purdue University brings more than 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate industry including both residential and commercial sectors. Prior to joining the Parkstone team Baldwin spent more than 10 years with Sueba Development and was recognized as one of the Houston market's top ten residential real estate teams. Baldwin also brings experience from some of the nation's top homebuilding companies.


Martin Weiner, Partner
As the founding partner, Mr. Weiner has brought a unique portfolio of experience, knowledge and direction to the Parkstone team of professionals. Mr. Weiner has worked as a general sales manager for many top Houston developments over the years and this is Martin's second venture into developing a successful homebuilding company. His first venture began with six homes and within three years had grown in excess of 250 homes per year. Mr. Weiner sold his share of the company to peruse his dream of a building a superior product in the luxury, estate niche market.
