To help you understand our process and how you can build the home of you've always wanted, we are happy to offer this brief overview.
Step 1
Select your floorplan and elevation.
Step 2
Execute Agreement to secure the base price of your new home.
Step 3
Customize your floorplan. You'll review the features you want included in your new home including adding or converting rooms.
Step 5
Visit our
award-winning design center to choose interior selections. This is where you get to personalize your home. You will meet with a professional interior designer to assist you with choosing luxury enhancements and color selections.
Step 6
Obtain architectural approval from homeowner’s association.
Step 7
Pre-Construction meeting. The construction manager who will oversee the construction of your home will meet with you and discuss the construction process and review any changes you've selected.
Step 8
Close on construction loan.
Step 9
Construction of your new home. (5 to 6 months)
Step 10
You are introduced to your new home. You will walk through the home with your construction manager, making sure that everything is in working order and that the home meets your satisfaction.
Step 11
You receive the keys and move in.
