At Parkstone we offer an unparalleled experience that covers everything from choosing custom design features with our award-winning design team to securing financing with one of our preferred lenders.

We'd love to accompany you on this exciting journey, and that's why we've compiled this "roadmap", an overview of the steps that come together and lead you to your new home.


Step 1
Select your floorplan, elevation and homesite.

Step 2
Execute a Purchase Agreement to secure your homesite selection and the base price of your new home.

Step 3
Apply for a loan with one of our preferred lenders or the mortgage company of your choice. Our preferred lenders will work with you in preparing all of the documents needed to attain your mortgage.

Step 4
Pre-Construction meeting. The construction manager who will oversee the construction of your home will meet with you and discuss the construction process and review any changes you've selected.

Step 5
Construction of your new home. This is a 5 to 6 months process.

Step 6
Visit our award-winning design center to choose interior selections. This is where you get to personalize your home. You will meet with a professional interior designer to assist you with choosing luxury enhancements and color selections.

Step 7
Your dream home is now completed! You will be introduced to your new home during a walk through with your construction manager, making sure that everything is in working order and that the home meets your satisfaction.

Step 8
Visit the Title Company to close on your new home.

Step 9
You receive the keys and move in.
